V1 Casino Terms of Use
Effective 7 October 2026. These terms apply to every member in Australia who uses our casino.
1. The account
1.1 Eligibility
A member must be 18 or older. We do not open or keep accounts for minors.
1.2 One account
One person holds one account, and an account may not be transferred to another person.
1.3 Accurate details
The details given at registration must be true and must match the member’s official documents.
1.4 Currency
An account for a member in Australia runs in AUD, and all amounts are shown in that currency.
1.5 Security
The member keeps the password private and is responsible for activity carried out with it.
2. Bonuses
2.1 Wagering
Wagering is the amount that must be staked before bonus money turns into withdrawable cash. It is a multiple of the bonus, or of the deposit plus the bonus, as each offer states.
2.2 Stake cap
While wagering is running, a ceiling applies to each stake. A stake above it, even once, can void the bonus and any winnings built from it.
2.3 Game contribution
Slots count in full. Table games usually count between ten and twenty per cent, live dealer tables count at reduced rates, and some titles are excluded.
2.4 Expiry
Free spins expire sooner than bonus funds. The expiry is shown with the offer.
2.5 Conversion cap
An offer can limit the cash into which bonus winnings are converted.
3. The cashier
3.1 Methods
The methods shown to an account depend on its country and currency.
3.2 Own methods only
A member deposits and withdraws with methods held in the member’s own name.
3.3 Fees
We charge no casino fee in the cashier. Banks and providers may charge their own fees.
3.4 Timing
Withdrawals are completed according to the method. Skrill and Neteller are completed the same day, Trustly in one to two business days and cards in one to three business days.
4. Limits and closure
| Control | Set by | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit limit | The member | Caps what is paid in over a chosen period |
| Loss limit | The member | Caps what is lost over a chosen period |
| Session reminder | The member | Shows elapsed play |
| Time-out | The member | Pauses the account |
4.1 Member controls
A member can set deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and time-outs in account settings.
4.2 Closure by the member
A member can close the account at any time and does not need to give a reason.
4.3 Closure by us
We may close an account that is held in breach of these terms, including an account opened by a minor or with false details.
5. Responsibility
5.1 Play
Gambling carries a risk of loss, and a member should play only with money that can be lost.
5.2 Availability
We aim to keep the site running, and we are not liable for an interruption outside our control.
5.3 Third parties
Payment providers and game studios operate under their own terms.
6. Changes and disputes
6.1 Changes
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top, and the terms in force at the time of a transaction apply to it.
6.2 Disputes
A dispute is raised with our support team at [email protected], and we review it and reply in writing.
7. Accounts in practice
7.1 Opening
The account is opened when the member completes the registration form and, where we send one, confirms the email address.
7.2 Documents
We may ask for documents to confirm the identity and the address of the member, most often before a first withdrawal. The documents must be current, complete and in the name of the account holder.
7.3 Inactive access
A member who cannot sign in writes to our support team from the registered email address.
8. Offers in practice
8.1 Choice
A bonus is taken by choice. A deposit made without a bonus carries no wagering.
8.2 Caps
Where an offer carries a conversion cap, winnings above the cap are not converted to cash.
8.3 Terms of the offer
Where the terms shown with an offer differ from a summary, the terms shown with the offer apply.
9. Conduct
9.1 Own use
The account is for the member’s own play and not for any other use.
9.2 Respect
A member treats our staff with courtesy, and we do the same.
10. Interpretation
10.1 Headings
Headings are for reference and do not change the meaning of a clause.
10.2 Order
Where the terms shown with an offer conflict with a clause here on the same subject, the terms shown with the offer apply to that offer.
10.3 Language
These terms are written in Australian English, and the English text governs.
11. Raising a question about these terms
11.1 Address
Questions about these terms go to our support team at [email protected].
11.2 Content of a message
A message names the account email, the clause concerned and the matter to be resolved.
11.3 Reply
We reply in writing.
12. Closing provisions
12.1 Entire terms
These terms, together with the terms shown with an offer, set out the rules of use of our casino.
12.2 Waiver
A delay by us in applying a clause is not a waiver of it.
12.3 Invalid clause
If a clause cannot be applied, the other clauses remain in force.
12.4 Notices
We send notices to the email address registered on the account, and a member keeps that address current.
